DESCRIPTION:Come one\, come all in celebration of National Poetry Month!\n\n\nJoin us in the Re/Max South Room for an inspiring afternoon celebrating all things poetry. Experience the magical energy that emerges when written and spoken word is shared in community. \nEnjoy a lineup of both published and unpublished poets from the Georgian Bay area as they “pass the mic” and share original compositions. \nWhether you’re a poet yourself or simply love listening to live readings\, you’re warmly invited to come celebrate and support local literary talent. \nRegistration Details\nPlease register each person who will be attending\, and indicate your role as either: \n\nReader\nAudience Member\n\nReader Info\nEach reader will have approximately 5–6 minutes to share their work\, helping ensure as many poets as possible have the opportunity to participate. \nA tentative reading order will be shared on Monday\, April 13\, based on registration. \nOpen Invitation\nMembers of surrounding writing groups are welcome to participate.
