DESCRIPTION:Bricks and Books is a fun and engaging drop-in activity that combines the imaginative world of LEGO with the joy of reading.\n\n\nDrop-in between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM \nDesigned for children and families\, Bricks and Books encourages literacy through hands-on building challenges inspired by stories\, characters\, and themes from children’s books. \nEach session features a themed book collection for parents and children to enjoy together\, followed by a LEGO® challenge that brings the story to life — whether it’s building a scene\, designing a character\, or solving a story problem. \nParticipants develop creativity\, problem-solving skills\, and a love of reading while working individually or collaboratively. Ideal for children in Kindergarten to Grade 3 with parent participation. \nBricks and Books fosters a playful learning environment where stories leap off the page — and into the bricks!
