Discover how Hospice Georgian Triangle provides comfort, dignity and expert support for end-of-life care and respite in our community.
Join Hospice Georgian Triangle for a friendly, informative session about hospice palliative care. They will walk through programs and services available at Campbell House and in the community for those with life-limiting illness and their families, including residential care and community programs like grief and bereavement counselling. All Hospice Georgian Triangle services are at no cost to the users.
If you’re interested in giving back, they will also share meaningful volunteer opportunities.
Although registration is requested, drop-ins are welcome.
