Display Spaces Available
Main Gallery
- Space: 240 sq. ft. (12 ft, 9 ft, 9 ft walls)
- Display Length: 1 month (or more if available)
Youth Gallery
- Space: 42 sq. ft. (6 ft wall)
- Display Length: 2 months (or more if available)
Child Gallery
- Space: 80 sq. ft. (12 ft wall)
- Display Length: 2 months (or more if available)
Cabinets
- Space: 6 ft high x 3 ft wide x 1 ft deep (5 shelves)
- Fee for sale items, free for collections not for sale
- Display Length: 1 month (or more if available)

Art Exhibition Application
Wasaga Beach Public Library is proud to support local artists, collectors, schools, and community groups by providing opportunities to showcase artwork, artifacts, crafts, and personal collections in our exhibition spaces.
Our facility features several exhibition opportunities, including the Main Gallery, Youth Gallery, Children’s Gallery, and Display Cabinets. Exhibits are open to both amateur and professional creators and collectors.
How to Apply
To be considered for an exhibition, please review the exhibition information package and complete the Art Exhibition Application.
Applications may be submitted in person at the library or emailed to gallery.wbpl@wasagabeach.com along with photographs representative of the work you wish to exhibit. All applications are reviewed by library staff, and applicants will be contacted regarding the status of their submission.

Your application will be reviewed and you will be informed either by email or phone whether or not you have been accepted for a show. If accepted, you will be notified of the dates of your exhibit and the dates and times of hanging and takedown.
