Travel Series: Madrid & Segovia

The Spanish capital of Madrid is renowned for the Prado Museum with its collective works from Goya, Velazquez and many more. We’ll enjoy a special visit to the Royal Palace, the largest in Europe, including a Kitchen Tour with its collection of copper pots flashing their historic beauty. The heart of Madrid’s historic Old Quarter is the portico-lined Plaza Mayor, a happening place. A Flamenco Show is a must to behold the artistry and passion of the performers.

We’ll also travel to the fortified city of Segovia, walking through the medieval streets to see the impressive Roman Aqueduct and the magnificent Alcazar Fortress. The views from the honey-coloured Cathedral’s Bell Tower will make the 190 steps worth it.
