Unsinkable Adventures: Paper Boat STEM Challenge
August 5 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Put your problem-solving skills to work and see if your paper boat sinks or sails!
📌 Ages: 6 to 12
💳 Wasaga Beach Public Library card required for registration.
Can you design a boat made of paper that really floats? In this hands on STEM challenge, children ages 6 to 12 years old will fold, build, and test their own paper boats while exploring the science behind buoyancy, balance, and design. Participants will experiment, make predictions, and modify their boats to see how changes affect floating and stability. This creative engineering activity encourages problem solving, curiosity, and teamwork – perfect for young builders who love to test their ideas and learn by doing.
Expect a little water play – things may get splashy!
