Veteran Voices: Perspectives of Military Service

Join us with veterans Marc Seguin and Pamela Edwards and hear their respective stories of military service highlighting common experiences of training, leadership, resilience, and teamwork while also examining the diversities, to include gender, in how their individual career paths, deployments and identities shaped their lived experiences serving with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).

Gain insight into the challenges and rewards and what it means for these local veterans to have worn the uniform to serve their country.

Hear authentic stories, challenge assumptions, and learn how military service influences careers, military family life, communities and personal identity. Hear their reflections on personal growth and life lessons from military service after the uniform comes off. Join us for this opportunity for reflection during Veterans Week.
