Join author Gwen Petreman for an engaging and interactive pollinator adventure inspired by her children’s book The Magic of Pollinators!

Through a lively slide presentation, children will take part in dramatization, action poems, chime-ins, and imaginative activities that bring the world of pollinators to life.
Participants will explore fun, hands-on follow-up activities, including creating a booklet filled with riddles, true-or-false questions, drawings, and a chance to “interview” a pollinator. Kids will also get creative by designing their own “perfect pollinator” and crafting realistic flying pollinators with flapping wings.
To spark curiosity about the environment, children will take part in a thought-provoking activity exploring what foods would disappear without pollinators.
