March Break at Wasaga Beach Public Library (March 16–20)

March Break is almost here, and Wasaga Beach Public Library is ready with a full week of free, family-friendly programs designed to spark creativity, curiosity, and fun.

From storytimes and music to LEGO challenges, games, crafts, science, and special guest presenters, our March Break lineup offers something for every age group. Whether you’re looking for a structured activity to plan your day around or a drop-in option to keep things flexible, you’ll find engaging programs happening all week long at WBPL.

March Break Programs at WBPL

Monday, March 16
Kick off the week with creativity and play. Families can enjoy EarlyON programs for little ones, followed by March Break Makers & Builders featuring tabletop and oversized games, crafts, and Blue Blocks.

Tuesday, March 17
Join us for Music and Storytime for young children, then put your engineering skills to the test with our LEGO Leprechaun Trap program.

Wednesday, March 18
Prepare for big laughs with The Juggling Chef, then join us later for Spring-o BINGO and a Spring Scavenger Hunt the whole family can enjoy together.

Thursday, March 19
A full day of hands-on learning and movement. Discover conservation and aquatic life with Trout Tales: Discovering Fish in the Library, try something new at our Family Intro to Salsa Dance, and explore the science of flight with Scientists in the School: Things with Wings.

Friday, March 20
Wrap up March Break with a special author visit from Gwen Petreman—an engaging experience for young readers and families.

Registration Information

Many March Break programs require registration and may require a WBPL member card. We encourage families to register early to secure their spot.

All programs take place at Wasaga Beach Public Library and are free to attend.
