Breastfeeding Support Drop-In

A welcoming, inclusive space for parents and caregivers to ask questions, share experiences, and receive support while feeding their babies.

This free drop-in program is open to all parents living in Simcoe County and the District of Muskoka.

What to Expect:
• Compassionate guidance, encouragement, and community support to help families reach their breastfeeding goals.
• Access to public health nurses, local midwives, and lactation consultants for advice on feeding, baby care, infant sleep, developmental stages, and parenting.
• Opportunities for parent-to-parent connection and peer support in a relaxed, friendly environment.
