Curious about your family’s past but not sure where to begin? Join us for this two-session introductory workshop designed to help you start exploring your family history with confidence.

Over the course of two sessions, you will learn how to:
• Get started with genealogy and build a research foundation
• Find reliable records and resources—both online and in person
• Use key family history and genealogy websites
• Organize, track, and record your findings effectively

This beginner-friendly workshop is perfect for anyone looking to “dip their toes” into genealogy before diving deeper. Those who wish to continue their learning afterward will be invited to join the monthly Genealogy Interest Group at WBPL.

Please Bring:
• Pencil, eraser, and notebook
• Optional: a laptop, tablet, iPad, or smartphone for online searching
