Sew Savvy Adults: Christmas Stocking

Adults. Must commit to both sessions. Class runs on both Nov 20th and Nov 27th.

In this step-by-step 2 week workshop, participants will sew a festive Christmas stocking using the library’s sewing machines in preparation for the holiday season. Use your stocking as festive decor for your home or give as a gift for a loved one. You can be creative with some finer details like pockets or personalize with finishing touches.

Note: This is not a beginner level workshop. Basic sewing machine skills required. This session is suitable for those who have completed WBPL’s “Machine Basics” class.

This class will be held on two consecutive Wednesday evenings beginning November 20th and concluding November 27th. You must be able to commit to both dates for registration.

Free to participate. Supplies provided. Must have a WBPL library card.
