Understanding Children’s Mental Health

May 7, 2024 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Jaime Armstrong, Registered Psychotherapist, presents a fun way for children and their families to understand the brain and mental health.

This free workshop will focus on understanding the brain, teaching children and their families how to tune and retune their brains leaving them more present, calm, and clear.

This workshop will provide information and support to better understand the brain response of trauma, anger, anxiety, sadness, troubles with school, attention, sleep, and more.

Children will learn how to describe experiences they’ve been having while learning what to do to change their brains.

Family members will gain new shifts and perspectives to better support their children as well as themselves as they navigate mental health, stress-proof their brains, and have brain changing conversations with each other.

This interactive workshop is sure to be a brain changer!
