Explore the art of weaving with local textile artist Shirley Sutton, who is passionate about reducing textile waste and encouraging creative reuse. In this hands-on workshop, participants will use leftover and handspun yarn to learn simple weaving techniques on a paper plate loom.
Once the weaving is complete, participants will transform their piece into a unique hanging bird—an imaginative and eco-friendly work of art to take home.
