Woven Word Symposium: Reader’s Marketplace

The holidays are fast approaching, making it the perfect time to start shopping for the book lovers in your life! Whether it’s for young readers or those young at heart, there’s something for everyone. Discover treasures for your personal library or pick up thoughtful gifts for loved ones. Be sure to visit our marketplace featuring childrens, adult and young adult authors from 1:00–3:30 PM.

Please note, most authors will only be accepting cash or e-transfers. There is no bank machine in the building, so plan accordingly.

About the Woven Word Symposium:

The Woven Word Symposium, taking place on Thursday, November 28, 2024, is a full-day celebration of storytelling and writing. It brings together authors and aspiring writers for a variety of workshops and events. Participants can explore topics such as writing for children, self-publishing, and memoir writing. The day also offers opportunities to join an open mic poetry session and attend a slam poetry performance. In the afternoon, a Reader’s Marketplace will showcase children’s, adult, and young adult authors, with their books available for purchase. The event will conclude with a special evening workshop on writing for monologue performance.
