The Wasaga Beach Public Library is excited to announce the return of the Holly Jolly Christmasfest on Saturday, November 30, from 10 AM to 2 PM. This festive event is designed for children to select special gifts for the adult(s) in their lives, with the help of our volunteer library elves. The event will also feature seasonal activities, crafts, refreshments, and a visit from Santa for photos and meet-and-greet opportunities.

Donations Collection

To make this holiday event a success, the library is now accepting donations from October 15 to November 24. Please review the donation criteria below to ensure that all items are suitable for the event.

Donation Criteria: We’re looking for new or gently used items in excellent condition that are perfect for gifting to adults. Here’s a list of items that would make wonderful donations:

• Home Goods – Decorative candles, picture frames, vases, small decorative items, and ornaments.
• Self-Care Products – New bath sets, skincare products, lotions, or unused, sealed cosmetics.
• Kitchen Accessories – Small gadgets, serving utensils, mugs, tea towels, or other small kitchen items.
• Holiday Decor – Festive table settings, wreaths, garlands, or small holiday decorations.
• Office/Desk Accessories – Notebooks, pens, organizers, or other small office supplies.

Please Note: We kindly ask that you avoid donating the following items:

• Clothing
• Children’s toys
• Stuffed animals
• Large or bulky items
• Food
• Books
