Starting June 1, patrons with an email address on their library account will receive hold pickup notifications by email instead of by phone.

What isn’t changing?

• You still have 3 days to pick up WBPL holds and 7 days to pick up ILLOs.
• ILLO notifications will continue by phone and email.
• Items still need to be checked out before leaving the library.

To ensure you receive notifications, make sure your email address is up to date on your library account.
