As Wasaga Beach Public Library develops its next Strategic Plan, we’re looking beyond our current members. We want to hear from people who don’t currently use the library because understanding those perspectives is just as important.
Maybe you’ve never had a library card. Maybe you haven’t visited in years. Maybe you don’t think the library has anything for you.

2022-2026 Strategic Plan
In 2021, the WBPL Board worked with staff and the information gleaned from the 2019/2020 New Library Programs and Services Needs Assessment report provided by consultant MASS LBP to develop a new 2022-2026 Strategic Plan.
During the planning process, the Board identified a list of core values; fundamental beliefs, and guiding principles of the organization. As well, the Board updated the library’s mission and vision statements to ensure that they reflect the library’s values.
The 2022-2026 Strategic Plan includes four main goals with 18 objectives designed to provide staff with the library’s priorities; elements to be addressed during the planning of all programs and services.
