Environment and Climate Change Canada has issued a Heat Warning for our region, and the Town of Wasaga Beach Heat Related Response Plan has now been activated. As part of this plan, the Wasaga Beach Public Library is now designated as an official Cooling Centre.

Cooling Centre Hours at WBPL:

Sunday, June 22  | 10 am – 4pm

Monday, June 23  | 10 am – 8pm

Tuesday, June 24  | 10 am – 8pm

If you or someone you know needs a break from the heat, we invite you to come in, cool down, and stay safe in our air-conditioned space. As always, everyone is welcome at the library.

Water is available at the water station located in the Children’s area. Cups can be found at the front desk.
