Interlibrary Loan (ILLO) service has resumed.

We’re pleased to let you know that our Interlibrary Loan service is now fully back in operation. The recent delays caused by a Canada Post service issue related to a national website update have been resolved.

• We are once again sending and receiving ILLO items
• Delivery times have returned to normal
• You may continue to place ILLO requests as usual
